Head unit from Europe in US car?

Head unit from Europe in US car?
Has anyone seen or heard of a head unit from Europe installed in a US car? I like the DEH-P70BT from pioneer because it is the only head unit with bluetooth built in. I am concerned about the AM/FM freq differences, power requirements and mounting.
