HD Radio
Definitely not worth it -- not nearly enough stations broadcasting in HD. I would go for satellite, because that is not location dependent (but paid subscription). To me HD just seems like a way to make money temporarily until it is phased out, when there is already a better solution.
Here is a list of current stations: http://www.hdradio.com/hd_digital_radio_format_list.php
If you do think you want it still, make sure you're within around 35 miles of a HD transmitter. Keep in mind that digital signals (HD radio) operate at a fraction of analog signals (typical FM), so the signal is probably more limited and affected by the environment you live in more (then again...I do not know how the network is setup exactly).
