Going to get a system for my car.

a friend's friend is selling 2 rockford 10 punchs 2 boxs and an 400w amp. for 200 bucks and i'm going to buy it tomorrow unless someone says otherwise. Which i figure its a good deal.


Then a friend is going to hook me up with a remote start car alarm from a shop for 200 bucks and thats WITH installation . Its one of those alarms that has the pager thing 2.

So both those sound like a good deal right? im pretty sure the alarm system is.

 

who's the amp made by?
sounds like a heck of a deal to me on the subs, box, and amp
even w/o a quality amp the deal sounds good

 

not sure who the amp was made by but i think it was made by rockford.. so idk but ill ask

 

I had 2 rockford 10 punchs and I thought they sounded good but it all depends on the box. The box is everything to a speaker, the price sounds pretty good with the amp. might want to ask him to come down, doesnt hurt. Your best bet see what they go for new. I wont even say what speakers I have in my car ( very cheap ) and with the box that was made for them you wouldnt be able to tell the diff. between them and high quality speakers.

 

Rockford is a good brand so it sounds like a good deal. Also, check the box is it a prefab box or are they made for the subs. If nothing else, check the air space
