Fog Lamp Problem

so here is my problem: I have a 93 z28 and the other night for some reason i decided to turn on the high beams......so okay fine right................well later on that night my buddies pulls up like your fog lights are out......okay.....so when the high beams are turned on the fog lamps automatically shut off in every camaro (atleast from the factory)......so im geting power to the illumination on the actuall fog lamp switch but no power to the fog lamps. (so it very well could be the switch but its definatly between the switch and the light asslembly(allready tested also changed relay for fog lamps and actuall bulns)) SO my question is does anyone know if there is some kind of realay that turns the fog lamps off when the high beams go on????????? and if so could some one give me clue to figure out where it is located at????Id like to see if ther eis something like that before i go replacing the switch!!!!!and if anyone has one let me know!!!!!!

Re: Fog Lamp Problem

i've got a 95 camaro and my fog lights turn off when the high beams are on too. it makes since why it does that cause your suppose to use your fog lights in the fog, not your high beams. so if your using your high beams, you shouldn't need you fog lights. high beams in the fog make it impossible to see so thats why your fogs turn off.
