Do I Have a Short?

I turn on my car (98 Camaro V6) and the radio plays. Turn it off, turn the key forward again and the radio's gone. Check the fuse: busted. Replace fuse, repeat turning on car, back off, and on again... new fuse is busted. Did it one more time and the same thing happens. It's a 15 amp/volt (whatever, I don't know what it is) fuse and it controls my radio, odometer, and instrument panel lights. What's wrong and how do I fix it?!

take a look at the fuse when you perform the process to blow it, and see when it blows... when you turn the car on or off... it sounds like its blowing when you turn it off, which is very awkward...

there are a few things on that circuit that could cause a short, power locks, cig lighter, and a bunch of other things. Start tracing everything on the circuit for a short
