Do all the cars have the wiring for a CD changer?

My 02 TA didn't come with one but I was wondering if the wiring is located in the back and will it function with the stock system?

Mine did- '01 Z with the Monsoon system- it was behind the left wheel well, where the stock changer would have been installed-

Did your steering wheel/radio controls work it okay? I don't know a thing about it so I don't know if it is programmed in or you have to do something to get it to work the changer.
