chasing rattles
here's the deal with my 12w3's i only had licencse plate rattle.
with my 18w3's the whole rear end of the car is bouncing out and rattling. i mean the bumer, lights everything.
besides putting multiple dynamat layers in the rear anyone got any other tips?!

Man...if you are going to run that type of equipment...you really gotta prep the car for it!
While using "dynomat" or other products like it isn't a "must"...it can help when it comes to rattles like this.
Shoot...you're using subs bigger than most peoples wheels!!!

lol, well first i did the 12w3's sealed, sounded nice but not loud enough.
then i did a ported resonant engineering XXX 15 tuned to 25hz and it sounded real nice but still not quite messing with me.
then i did the 18w3's and they sounded good, spl is getting there, close to doing 150's on an audiocontrol but the car sounded ridiculas outside.
so i sold my amps cuz i needed cash and decided to fix the rattles before i bought my new amps.
next i think i'll run some memphis mojo's on those 18's
