Bridging Rockford 200a4 amp

I've got an old Rockford Fosgate 200a4 amp that I'm going to power some old school (2000 models I think?) Fosgate Fanatic Q 5 1/4 front speaker components. I plan on bridging the 200a4 to power the fronts and running the rear speakers off the head unit power (the 4" speakers in the very back are disconnected). These fronts need quite a bit of power to sound good, and I don't really want the rears to be blaring loud right behind my head. Question is how do I bridge this 4 channel amp to power just the front speakers? Left positive, Right Negative on the Fronts and the Rears separately? Then use this as the stereo signals for left and right? If so...what RCA inputs do I use for the front patch cables coming from the head unit? Thanks in advance.

Doesnt the 200A4 have a pic on the back of the Amp saying how to bridge the amp? I know the 800A4 does I wonder if its the same?
