im doing my sterio install in the next few weeks,and was wondeirng,has anybody made thereselves a fiberglass inclosure for the trunk?i like the t-top box,but 270 dollars is alot of money for a box,and i know a guy locally that builds alot of kit cars,and uses fiberglass all the time,and he would help me out,but i want it to sound good,and be loud,and ive heard the "box" is a big part of your system,what things change your sound,and make it louder?and does anybody have some picks of some fiberglass boxes,thanks.
p.s., i think i am going to have him try one and see how it comes out,would anybody else be interested in fiberglass inclosure's?
when we make mine,ill take some pics,and post them,and depending how good mine is,might start selling them,again he is a professional kit car builder,and his painter/body work guy is very good with fiberglass and shaping/painting,i think im going to have the top parts smoothed,and have him paint it black to match my car,and have in red lettering z28 or something accross it,let me know if anybody else would be interested,i know there is alot of benefits,like less weight and can make them look alot nicer,and fit alot better than wood boxes,and can also be real close to being as sterdy,depending on how much work it is,he'll make the price fair,thanks.

hi,
i wasnt acutally looking for the stealth boxes,however i see you said both sides will fit 12's,right?i would be interested in them if they fit 12's,but 200 each,i would buy the t-top box before i would pay that much for these,sorry,just wanting to be honest,that way i wouldnt have to hack up my panels either,give me some more info,thanks.
