best way to run 0guage wire in lt1?
whats the best way to run some 2 or 0 guage wire..........will the firewall grommet fit?
will this size wire fit under the trim panels...........im assuming most people run it underneath the door sill panels
just looking for experience before i go and try it myself.
btw, the cable im using has a somewhat smaller jacket than most car audio 2/0 guage...........its about 1/2 or 2/3 inch in diameter

Under the hood. Passenger side, close to the firewall. Remove two 10mm bolts holding in the PCM. Slide the PCM to the side and you'll see a rather large grommet. You can fit 1/0awg through there. Run it under the carpet. There's no way in hell your fitting 1/0awg under the door sills.
I ran my 1/0 power cable down the passenger side of the car. I have some pics on my web site of the cable run so you can see.
I didn't remove the seat belt anchor bolt, I tucked it under. I had trouble removing the cover for the bolt so I gave up rather than tear up the plastic.
It fits under the carpet and looks pretty good IMO.
