Best sub amp under $150? (looking for quality, not power)
It'll be powering two CDT Audio 8" sound quality biased subs - they need no more than 100 watts RMS a piece so 200 watts RMS should be plenty.
Any suggestions?
I've always appreciated Alpine equipment - I see they've got this one:

And it's all over ebay for under $150 new, or well less than that, used.

It's no brainer IMHO. Get a used JL 250/1 off ebay, it goes $140 - $160. You will be VERY happy with this amp! Perfectly engineered, very reliable, amazing SQ, efficient, regulated PWM supply gives you 250W RMS on any impedance.
hey man i have a concept amp its a 100 watts and i had it running a 15 inch crossfire bmf and it was a loud little amp. i got mine for 40 from a friend but they run for about 90 bucks new. you should look into it u wound regretit
Zapco is nothing new. And there is nothing wrong with infinity. I used to sell the brand. I would call them a mainstream middle of the road brand. If you could ever hear one of the eilites you would change your tune. Elites being brands like Zapco, Rainbow, Morel, ScanSpeak, Audison, Genesis and the like.
