try a set of rokford fosgate hpc-2206's $99.95 at most place's but you can find e'm on ebay between $69 and $79 sometime's even less.....or try the frc-4306 $66.95 or half that on ebay...the frc's are rate'd at 8-50 watt's rms and 100 watt's peak.....i can tell you they can handel 100 watt's and at 2 ohm's....there 4 ohm speaker's but i've had 8 of e'm hook up to a 400a4(a 4 channel amp so the load was @2ohm's) and people could not belive i did not have sub's.....the hpc's are rated at 2-75 watt's rms and 100 watt's peak with a better surrond(rubber) which help's the bass responce and they also have a center swivel mounte'd tweeter give'n it componant like sound thanx to a very tiny on-board crossover(tweeter only)......there base'd on a mb quartz product.........bottom line though what sound's good to one sound's like crap to another so take my opinion as my own.....no matter what choice you make....just like sub's...... once you get e'm give e'm a chance to break in before you really crank e'm.....you should use that rule of thumb with any audio/video equip
