2009? I think GM will be late to the nipple party and leave sucking their thumb.

especially if GM throws its refound money from the cancelled Zeta into trucks and SUV's when the price of gas will skyrocket...

kinda scary if they do the truck thing and have these cars comming out MAYBEE 2009???

I think the genral is going to be hurting...no Camaro till 2009?? Somoene at GM still think like DCX and 2 door coupes not worth the $$$

Spotting Ford 800,000 Mustang sales...

2009? WTF. Why the hell would they even bother?

If that's the best they can do, I wouldn't bet on them surviving until 2009.

Lets hope that the 900's bring GM so much money that they dont know what to do with themselves.

Camaro in 09? If thats the case, and I hope not, I hope that means CY08.

Hope you are right Josh. GM needs to fill that hole in Chevy's lineup as soon as they can IMO. Not just to satisfy enthusiasts, but also to compete with the ever popular and getting even more popular Mustang.

Btw, congrats on the car Doug! Looks sweet as hell

Re: Zeta Aftermath....

Think about it gang...

2007(8) Nomad? Even when GM has already said that there will be no more new vehicles based on Kappa (after Solstice and Sky)?

2009 Camaro? Perhaps it will actually be called something else.

Ask yourself these two questions:

(a) What is magical about 2007(8)?

(b) What was the previous Nomad concept based off of? (Hint: the one that came before the Kappa concept.)

It was built off the f-car chassis if I remember correctly.

Don't hold your breath.

To hit MY 2009 they have to be ready to let out for sourcing pretty much right now.

a.) 2007 is the 40th Anniversary for the Camaro

b.) the first Nomad concept was built off the now obsolete F-Body platform.

What do I win?
