man, why don't they turbo the cobalt ss??? why do most american cars get superchargers?
I love turbocharged cars and would consider a turbo car over a supercharged car any day.

Funny about the G4 (AKA Pursuit) about half of you americans want the car sold there. If I were a US Pontaic dealer, I would want it, what are they goign to sell in that price range?
For once I think GM north America did a really good job with the Coblat that we shouldn't look to Europe with envy.

The Cobalt is nice, but having a hatchback like the Astra would be great. It wouldnt give us the overlap we got from the J body twins. You would have a 3dr or a 5dr Pontiac Astra/G4 or you can get a Coupe or Sedan Cobalt. Both are equaly awesome in power and quality, but you get the best of both worlds.
Pontiac keeps the turbo while Chevy gets teh blower.
You know how well the Astra would sell to import kids? Turbo charged, 3dr hatchback!! Give then a gift certificate to Pep Boys and they are golden!
