Heh, one more reason I'm glad that I'm not French.

Great title, Darth.

It's a pity really; could have made for a humorous ad campaign for the youth market...

Apparently there was a fair amount of giggling amongst the younger people involved in the GM clinic held in Quebec when the name was unveiled. The GM linguists apparently weren't as familiar as they thought with all of the possible interpretations of the term la crosse. Masturbation was however only one variation - the term can also apparently mean "to be screwed" and "taken". The older people didn't quite get it either until some brave soul explained what all the giggling was about. This according to the story I saw. I meant to post it but got side-tracked. I am glad someone else picked up on it though - it is funny.

Ferrari's, Lambo's and other exotics are often referred to as "sex on wheels" ... I'd assume great sex with a great lady .... seems to me that La Crosse is quite appropriate for a Buick Regal replacement
