Seriously, I'd like to have a room somewhere in COBO....but short of that, somewhere within walking distance.

I'm thinking maybe even soft drinks and food.....something informal, but structured.

I'll be checking with Scott and anyone who has other connections, could you see if we could get some other "guest speakers"?

I'm thinking up other activities as we speak, but this is just to get the ball rolling....

Well, I'm an hour out of Detroit, and I'd be happy to have all you folks over.

I'm guessing you might want something more formal and closer than Casa del PacerX, but I'd be more than happy to have all you folks over.

 

To take that a bit further...Ford reps came and talked to racers (this one included) in the staging lanes at Fun Ford Weekend and National Mustang Racers Association events a few years go.

NAIAS would be a really neat show to go to. But more than that, the response to this thread from those in-the-know at GM should be interesting....and telling.

VERY tough around the time of the show...some thought needs to be put into this. I'll see if I can make a phone call or two...

 

I would love to join in. It depends on the day of the week however. I look forward to hearing more of the final details, and if I can make it, I will be there. This sounds exciting.

 

Im definately in too , I woulda been there regardless . I dunno how I could help ? I could round up 15-20 of my local F-body deranged friends though . Possibly more , the F-body enthusist crowd is VERY alive and kickin in South Bend , IN . So cool for a small town

I am very serious about the trip to detroit, there are 2 things that I need to decide, the trip from Puerto Rico to Detroit and that I am getting married in December and that means expenses
