All you would have to point to is the law-suit from Ford Motor Company to Blue Oval News.
It was all first amendment. Freedom of speech prevails once more.
It is a nice truck, don't get me wrong.
Furthermore, the funny thing is when people say "GM will be pissed." The most they can ask is that the photo is removed, which it often times is removed, most of the time it is not.
Shall we really get into the debacle a few years ago regarding GM and showing up at the guy who leaked photos........WHEN THEY SHOWED UP AT HIS HOUSE IN TEXAS? Huge black eye.
