I saw at least 7 or 8 in Louisville, KY today. I was behind one and it had the little green e decal from Enterprise car rental.

Seen only 4 since they've been out. Not selling much around here from what I've seen (or have not seen really). Not bad looking. Does look more modern in person.

Considering we have PT Cruisers in Aus, why not an HHR Holden?

Seems like capacity may end up being an issue with them.

A very thorough HHR review here...

Autobytel

In closing: And, say what you will about the styling, but one thing is for sure. During the HHR’s first miles on American highways, people weren’t looking.

I really don't get the way marketing is working these days. Brands used to sell by originality, now it's all cookie-cutter garbage. I'm not just talking cars, but also electronics (Moving away from smaller specialty stores to BB/CC/Fry's type joints), fast food/chain restaurants etc etc...
Late or not, its selling like crazy. Also its the perfect vehicle for someone who wants small car economy but doesnt want to be crammed into a small compact car.

I bashed the vehicle to hell and back when the first sketches came out but looks like I've eaten my hat over this one

Well, who knows what folks in San Francisco are interested in looking at. Lots of whiplash in Central Texas.

Looked good in the pics, looks good in person. Good price point too for the look and content.

I'm not on this board much, ...but I had to post for two reasons:

1.) Those HHR's are pretty neat vehicles, ...and with a starting price of 15K+, ...you can't beat it.

2.) ADV1, ...You mentioned DuTeau Chevrolet in Lincoln. THAT is the dealership that 'my' '67 Pace Car was sold from!!! Any chance you have any 'connections' at the dealership? (I'm sure you've seen the '67 in the 4th gen Camaro sales brochures, ...that was mine until it was purchased by GM.

I had the same attitude till I saw one in person.

The only thing it shares with the PT are fender bulges.

The HHR is the only "SUV" I'd actually buy. For anyone that knows me, that's saying alot!

Actually I do have a few connections there... A very good freind is the body shop manager there and his brother is a head tech. Like I mentioned before I also only deal with one sales guy who knows me very well. If your looking for more detail let me know!
