Very cool commercial. Best one GM has had out in a while. The "Magic Carpet Ride" song goes right along with it.
Interesting side note I noticed: the truck pulling the car carrier appears to be a Frieghtliner. Didn't see any badges showing that, but that's what it looks like. Frieghtliner is owned by DailmerChrysler! Looks like they would've used something else, like a Peterbilt or something. I work in the trucking industry so that is why I noticed.

I think RP said the commercial debuts on TV tonight (new years eve), does anybody know what channel and what time?
If Michael Bay did the commercial its has to be pretty cool, he is one of my favorite directors Bad Boys I, II, The Rock, Armageddon, Pearl Harbor.

If GM didn't want pictures to get out they would have kept it under cover until the autoshow instead of strapping the car nice and high on top of the car carrier for all of San Fran to see.

And how in hell is Chevy going to start a revolution with the Chevy Aveo in their lineup?

BTW anyone know what channel this commercial will be on tonight? I'm not feeling so well tonight; I plan on just sitting in front of the TV to see if I can catch it.
Very nice! Saw it on the TV tonight several times. Very nice indeed!
I noticed the Freightliner right away, too. Funny coincidence, maybe...?
