It's hard to say. I haven't heard anything major about a return of the Chevelle. It certainly wouldn't be a bad thing, but I don't see where a Chevelle would fit into the line-up w/ Camaro and Corvette. Maybe it's more of a hint for further expanding "SS" models

I look forward to seeing a new Cobalt SS Supercharged laying a nice FWD strip on TV

I still wanna see the GTO burnout commercial...anyone have a link for that one? I've only heard about it.

Very cool commercial. Best one GM has had out in a while. The "Magic Carpet Ride" song goes right along with it.

Interesting side note I noticed: the truck pulling the car carrier appears to be a Frieghtliner. Didn't see any badges showing that, but that's what it looks like. Frieghtliner is owned by DailmerChrysler! Looks like they would've used something else, like a Peterbilt or something. I work in the trucking industry so that is why I noticed.

I think RP said the commercial debuts on TV tonight (new years eve), does anybody know what channel and what time?

If Michael Bay did the commercial its has to be pretty cool, he is one of my favorite directors Bad Boys I, II, The Rock, Armageddon, Pearl Harbor.

I think the old 66 Chevelle SS was only there to tie in the heritage of the SS name with the future SS's that will be coming onto market. I think looking at it as a clue is digging too deep.

When the hell did the C6 set foot on San Francisco to make a commercial? And how in hell is Chevy going to start a revolution with the Chevy Aveo in their lineup?

Girls in high school need cars too.

BTW anyone know what channel this commercial will be on tonight? I'm not feeling so well tonight; I plan on just sitting in front of the TV to see if I can catch it.

I noticed the Freightliner right away, too. Funny coincidence, maybe...?
