question about an equionox

does anyone know if a 2006 equionox has a governor? it would be great if someone knew...and how high is it? PPPPLLLEEAAAASSSEEE someone tell me its 100! it would help with fighting a ticket. thanks in advance

I am not positive, but I believe it is 110. Look at Car and Driver/Motor Trend in the back of the magazine. It usually lists top speed. Hope that helps.

I am pretty sure that all GMT800s are limited to 108 mph, I think that would apply to all GM trucks.

i found it...109...figures...my girlfriend was coming to see me, i asked her why she was going so fast she said "i didnt know i was going that fast" 108 in a 70???? how in the world do you not know your going that fast????? thanks anyway guys

why do people do that in suv's? that kinda speed in those vehicles is asking for it to roll. Figures, I didnt know I was going that fast... but everyone else seemed to be going really slow.
