the exterior is amazing looking, but the interior, just looks plain, but not bad for GM. lol. now if they only caught up to hondas and nissans. but yes.... this is a cheap car, but still. lol.

 

Pretty sweet looking car . The interior looks really good too , it doesnt have the cheapness old school pontiac look the early pics conveyed .

 

Looks good. Interior looks the best of any sub $40k GM car since the dash is mostly flat . . . as opposed to say the Grand Am.

Looks VERY similar to the new Accord. But looks better than the 4dr. accord.

LOL...that interior is better than Nissans and Hondas. The Altima has one of the cheapest intertors I have seen. I think the Aveo has better quality than the Nissan Altima.

 

I'll give you Nissan, but Honda? Come on. After owning 3 accords (last 3 generations), very few cars in its price ranged beat it in interior quality, fit, and finish. Judging by the pics, the G6's interior looks to be a big step forward for Pontiac, but "better than Honda" might be jumping the gun.

 

I'll second you on that one. I've got tape in more than one place holding my POS Honda civic together. It's sad, other than the engine... this thing is a rolling pile of crap. Not to mention the insurance is higher than what I paid for my Z28!

If GM could get their act together with the 3.9 and the 6 speed or the "Manu-Matic" auto then I'd be all over that G6.

 

I like the interior. Exterior looks like any other Pontiac to me. You decide if that is good or bad.

I think the exterior is OK, but the interior is simply awesome!

 

Overall a nice looking car but it's a little watered down from the G6 concept that Pontiac showed last year. Hopefully it will be a hit for Pontiac. The 245 hp 3.9 and six speed are GTP model items and won't be out until next spring I believe. In that vein, the only visual differences I can think of between the GT and the GTP are larger wheels and an exhauast tip exiting on each side of the rear bumper. So it will be a low-key looking higher-performance car. Despite the increased performace though, the car doesn't look anywhere near as aggressive as the current Grand Am GT - just my opinion.

 

I knew it couldn't realistically look exactly like the concept, but I still think it looks pretty good. Nothing amazing but definitely better than the current Grand Am. One thing I've noticed about many newer cars (especially GM): The wheels always look small. Even when they're 18s (like on the CTSv) they don't look big enough to me. Maybe it's just because of all the concept cars we see with 28" manhole covers at the corners.

 

I think it looks great inside and out.

 

No way the G6 even comes close to looking as good as the accord interior...

Dont take me for a pro honda guy.... Im really rootin for GM and plan on buing a gm soon. We will see.


After looking at all 3 one after the enxt...the G6's interior plastic really looks cheep to me. Regular GM plastic...no texture..no feeling of expensive.

 

Honestly, why bother with fake woodgrain? It's tacky...
