Re: Oh no!

I was going to be there that day. My boys convinced me to go to a Cubs game instead.

Just as well, it would have made me sick to see all those cars balled up in person.

That's the worst. Having something happen to a vehicle that you love that you are not responsible for. If I f*ck my car up, I have no one to be mad at but myself.

On a side note, what does this have to do with 5th Gen or Future Vehicle Discussion?

Re: Oh no!

My ex boss races vintage Healeys and they were there, sent me the pics right after - made me sick. I spotted the '69 T/A right away but I didn't know it was Jim Mattison's car - huge bummer.

Wow, that looks expensive. Glad injuries are reported to be minor.

On a side note, I've pumped that E-One engine you can see in some pictures.

Re: Oh no!

No offense, but assuming those are real Cobras, that is the real problem here. I mean really how many were made! At least they went out the way CS would want them to.... KICKING CORVETTE BUTT!!!!

Re: Oh no!

Forget about the real Cobras, that is a real 1967 Z/28. Out of the original 602, there are about 150 accounted for and probably less than 10 have trans am heritage.
