Question Nissan's Armada: The "Camaro" of SUVs!

Nissan dealers are offering $5,000 off the Armada's already reasonable MSRP. Interestingly, the only Titans I've seen on the highway have been ultra-inexpensive XE models. What the heck happened with the Titan/Armada?

Perhaps a stiff ride and loud exhaust note isn't the way to go when it comes to selling big SUVs, let alone musclecars. The Nissan Armada is a hoot to drive and not far off Ford Excursion/Suburban 2500 levels of capability.

you should be banned just for making that title. The Armada along with the rest of the SUV/Truck line looks like crap, sells like crap, and who in there right mind would buy one of thoes when you can get a Dodge Ram, F150, or Silverado for cheaper(depending on how you load it)?
Personaly, Id take the Hemi Ram. The F150 looks so damn girly next to the Ram and Silverado. And the Rado needs a new interior, then it can climb back on top of the moutain again. With the new engines coming this year, and DoD in the trucks, the Chevy/GMC trucks should dominate. They only trail the F150 by a bit.

If it is the Camaro of SUVs than they should not be putting advertising dollars into it. They should also not update it for 5 years with the exception of a steering wheel that less people like. If should also have a loyal following to be the "Camaro of SUVs" that will support it even if the manufactor doesn't.

Camaro = Consumers want it, Manufactorer doesn't

Armada = Manufactorer wants it, Comsumer doesn't

There is a lot of reasons why redzed should be banned.

Since I have not driven one, I will say "too ugly".

Odd...I thought that's what they were trying to address with the new design?

I don't know why those don't sell. The styling on the Armada is a little weird around the door area, and I always thought the Titan as a little too slab sided. Niether interior really did it for me. I have, for some reason, warmed up to the Titan as of late.

It probably makes me a bad person, but for some reason it gives me a warm feeling deep down inside when I hear of Nissan's troubles selling these trucks .

I like it when I hear that any of the Japanese autos are a sales flop, having problems etc.. They seem to have this "we will rule USA with Japan product" attitude.

I really love the armada, i guess not too many people buying those yet, dunno, but they are sweet, if they come down a little more in price, will take on in a heart beat. my bro got a pathfinder instead of armada because his wife is the one that is driving it and armada a little big
