next dodge charger
I'm tired of that "cross in the middle of the grill" look on current Dodges. And all of the square lines on the front end of those Charger pictures turn me off too. Really, I think Chrysler's styling has gone in the wrong direction since the Diamler takeover (or was it "merger of equals?) The new trucks, Durango, Magnum, I just don't like the looks of any of 'em.
But I always liked the Charger's fuel cap and the shape of the quarter panels and tail. It would be nice to see them build a car that used that car's lines all the way around and resist the temptation to add new elements to it, just adjust the proportions to fit a modern chassis. Or maybe skip the standard Charger altogether and go straight to a Hemi Daytona...with an Eaton supercharger option and a T56...

This one was kind of tough, on several levels.
First off, asking a die-hard Chevy guy to go and try to bring a MOPAR legend back to life is a stretch.
Second, I was given only the LX platform to work with as well as current Chrysler and Dodge styling cues.
Hehe, and third, I was trying to go anti-retro.
I like how it came out, though I'm sure people will be saying "it's all wrong." It's a tough call with a Dodge concept because the style is very set in its way. I was also hesitant to go too retro because of all of the anti-retro comments on the Camaro.
Well, can't please everyone.
I wish I would have thought to have watermarked a Bowties 4Ever or something in the paint.

Very Nice!!
Maybe a little too edjy. I do like the angle on the headlights though. A front end shot would look truly mean!
I wish this concept had a C-pillar more in line with that car....

over all, i like it a LOT, but there are a few areas that looked odd to me. the shot of the trunk/rear glass area.... dont know why, but it just didnt look right. maybe if the c pillars didnt come so far back, or if the glass came back farther. either way, it seems like it should be more flush. tail lights remind me of a subaru svx (
) front end looks mean as hell, and other than the tail lights and the glass, i love it. score another for kris

I personaly like the new look of the Dodges and Chrysler. They are a lot more agressive looking then they have been, and I like that for one. I think this car looks great. I already know someone at work that said that if Dodge came out with a Charger, he would buy it, or wait for the new Mustang.
