if they gave it some decent looking rims, i'd think more of it
it looks pretty bad with the rims on it now, imo

I'm so tempted..

maybe next year.. if I could trade in my Avalache for at least as the amount I owe, and trade in my 99 Z28 as a reasonable price.. I'd be tempted to get one.

Also the ENTIRE dual exhaust system is new.

The old ones were piped into 2 mufflers just in front of the rear axle, then both pipes bent to exit out one side of the car. The new ones go through a single dual entry/exit resonator-muffler, then continue past an H pipe just in front of where the mufflers used to be, and exit out through dual rear mufflers and tail pipes.

Re: NewAgeGTO Drives and Reviews the 2005 GTO!

you know, the GTO lately is one of the few cars that actually gets my emotions sturring, exactly like what I felt about my LS1 Camaro a years ago..

with the 2005 updates of 400 hp, better brakes, and what I hear beefier drivetrain, I really think I'm going to try to get one in 2005... blue on blue....

I personally like the cleaner lines, so I would check for the no hoodscoops option..

Plus I see there is MagnaCharger kit for the 2004's.. and I bet they'll make one for the 2005 LS2 too.. easy reliable extra hp and tq right there..
