Every year on its anniversary.

Big thanks to Red89GTA for reminding me a couple weeks back. I got a new phone recently so I didn't have a reminder set.

Couldn't let a CZ28 tradition fall by the wayside

...and somehow they're still around.

They've now jumped onto the hybrid and electric bandwagon and are now pushing their transmissions for these applications:

One of these days something will stick.

Also, after all these years I've just noticed that this falls on steak and a BJ day.

Re: New Gearbox Shifts In Zero Milliseconds!

This leaves us with just 2 more years until every vehicle on the road is equipped with a Zeroshift transmission, right?

Considering the fact that new cars 2 years out are probably going through development and testing as we speak, I sort of think they're going to miss their target.

You think they'll miss their target?I don't know, this all seems pretty legit to me.
So, do we get to ask them where all these zero shift cars are in 2 years?

Unhappy Re: New Gearbox Shifts In Zero Milliseconds!

I'm sorry to report that after 9 years since first starting this thread, Zeroshift has gone bankrupt as of July 2012. Its unfortunate too since they expected that by next year every car would have a transmission that operated in the Zeroshift principle. I think we can finally lay this thread to rest.

RIP Zeroshift.

Ha!

It's a shame we won't be able to recognize the anniversary anymore, but really, you could kind of see this coming a while ago. Maybe one of the auto companies will scoop up the technology!

Pft. I doubt anyone is going to buy it. Fisker has it's own financial problems as is, the last thing they need to do is pick up someone elses financial problems

Re: New Gearbox Shifts In Zero Milliseconds!

oops, missed it. Glad you were on the ball this year. Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't see where they have the bankruptcy announcement on their site.
