I'd assume the Sports Package is just and apperance Package, but who knows

I like that line up base 260 hp V6, sport package 300 hp S/C V6, and the 400 hp V8...................now just transfer those engines to the Camaro.
The black CTSv at the auto show was much better looking than this sport model imo...
The only real downfall of the CTSv is that it had these "bling bling" bright chrome grills that looked cheesy as hell; the car in the link had black grills...hmm...
I'm still no fan of the CTS, although its hard to argue with a 6spd and an LS6

In the article I read the GM guy said the supercharged 3.6L put out 300HP and that it was 65 more than the N/A engine. That puts the N/A at 235HP. Makes more sense that way.

About the 300 hp s/c 3.6, well, that's why I'm assuming it's a SEMA concept. The N/A 3.6 has 255 - 260 hp, not 235. The base CTS motor (the 3.2 that comes in manual only) still makes 220 hp. I'm assuming that is a very low pressure s/c, because that's only 40 to 45 extra hp, and the engine can handle much more. 300 is probably a nice round number they chose for the concept intro.
Oh, and most of the CTS-V publicity shots have been of silver cars. That car will look really badass in black with the 18 inch wheels in front of those monster Brembos...

First of all, I assume that these were from SEMA or something, because neither of those are production cars. That version of the CTS-V (in the pics) had non-stock wheels that, too me, look like crap (maybe the chrome doesn't show well in the pic).

also, GM released a set of wheels to the press, i don;t think they have been mentioned on here, I will find the pictures.
EDIT
I found them, they were 20 rims for the Silverado. they showed like 8 or so, I'll just post one, and if you want to see more just search for it.
rims
