My buddy's friend's uncle knows someone who saw... Interesting Charger

Well take this perhaps with a grain of salt, however, it is very interesting.

My co-worker's son said he saw a brand spanking new yellow 2 door charger with the words charger writen on the side in the Ottawa area. But get this, it was a convertible!

What the ? ...

Did he get a good look or a glance at a four door with one of those goofy aftermarket padded roofs?

Or, four door convert?

Wouldn't surprise me. I remember a 300C four door vert showing up at the SEMA show or similar shows last year. It wouldn't surprise me if some aftermarket company made a coupe Charger vert for this season.

This site has a bunch of pics of the various SEMA 300Cs, including a coupe vert:

The Charger should've been a 2 door.

I see you changed your original post AAAAAAA.

You don't want to be grouped with those guys whose "buddy" has a "friend" whose "neighbor" is the cashier in GM design center's lunchroom, who overheard these 2 executives say.... , let alone that guy who said Chrysler has a 2 door Dodge Challenger sitting in the back of a factory, and all those Elvis sightings.

BTW, it's entirely plausible Chrysler has an engineering mule of the Challenger running around as a chopped Charger. However, Chrysler does NOT have any intentions of making a 2 door Charger. They've made it very clear they won't make a coupe version of the LX of the size of the 300-Charger-Magnum cars.

Here's an idea, how about you ****-can that elitist attitude of yours?

Not everyone has the connections that some do on this forum, and you belittling people here about information that they hear "through the grapevine" adds absolutely zero to the discussions.

Also remember that not everyone here has the time to read all the threads here and stay on top of all the automotive news on the net either.

Kind of comes back to the old saying, "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all"...

I think the original post was meant to be a joke since the thread starter knew his info was only heard through the grapevine. Most people who come in here and say they hear something from someone at the dealership are usually very misinformed.

And if you want to call people names please go back to the lounge. Guy is a respected gentleman around this forum and does not carry around an attitude. Not only does he not make fun of anyone but his presence here just about makes this forum what it is.

And oh yeah! "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all"...
