Kind of reminds me of another niche vehical that was built by Chrysler thats no longer arund...

The Prowler was never intended to be a long term production vehicle. It was a niche car and was intended to be such. From what Scott said the same is true of the SSR. It's a great vehicle for someone who wants a street rod but can't afford the time or money to build or have one built on their own. This way they can buy the retro with modern conviences and a warranty.

Well, the parking brake handle is kinda crammed in between the console and the passenger seat. When you think it's all the way down, I found that it has one more click before the brake is completely disengaged.

I didn't figure this out immediately. At first I thought, WTF...you sure have to ride the clutch on this sucker to get a smooth launch. DUH! I noticed the parking brake warning light in the IP about the same time the aroma of clutch came wafting into the cockpit.

I think it's a cool truck, and would have been interested as it is a truck, with positive tax implications in Canada.

I just have two knocks against it that stopped any consideration of one: priced too close to 'vette territory and no tow rating.
