LS2 MAF size?
LS2 MAF size?
I noticed that the LS2 will have a 90mm throttle body opening. The LS6's MAF was 85mm. It would make sense to me that the great powertrain engineers would increase the MAF size to at least the same size as the throttle body to make it less of a restriction. Has anybody heard anything about a larger Mass Air Flow Meter?
I think it's what is inside that counts
For just 400hp, 85mm might not be much of a restriction, but for the 500+hp version, we could have a problem. And it would defintiely be a problem with the 600+hp Blue Devil
I also just realized something else. The number we've been told for the BD is 625hp, right? That's the same rating Dodge gave the 2003 Viper SRT-10 Carbon Concept.
