Louisville Auto Show Highlights

Well it was a pretty nice show, even thought there was no C6 to gaze at, I did however pick up a C6 brochure. From Chevy I saw: Trailblazer SS, Impala SS Indy Pace Car Edition, MC Supercharged SS, SSR, Mailbu Maxx, Colorado in every form, and the rest of the '04 line up.

Buick brought the '05 LaCrosse and that was about it except for a Park Avenue. The LaCrosse looked very nice and now they need a new flagship car.

Pontiac brought the GTO and the rest of the '04 line up. But no Solstice

Cadillac brought a very nice red XLR and a striking Black CTS-V along with the rest of the '04 lineup.

Even Oldsmobile had a display with the final editions of Alero, & Bravada.

Hummer brought a bunch of H2s and some H1s and it there were more people were around the Hummer exhibit than any other manufactor.

Ford brought some big guns with the '05 Mustang GT, I thought it looked better in person than in the pics. that I've seen. It looked more retro in person, which I believe may give the model some problems over time. On the down side the interior and dash layout was just terrible.
Also Ford brought the Ford GT, though its an impressive performer it was butt ugly in person, and way over priced.

Though there wasn't much I haven't seen up close before the show was a nice mini NAIAS.

Nice! I envy you haha.

The auto show in Calgary, ALberta (thats in Canada) was not great.

we got the GXP Bonneville (and I really liked it) and......a couple of XLRs (but they are on sale anyways) an Equinox (had it here last year to) And that Big concept Chevy Trcuk (forget what its called)

Chrysler had their new RWD cars here.

And there was a Saleen S7.

No Pursuit/Coblat, no G6, no Solstice (2 years after the concept!)

No Mustang GT or Ford GT either.

Still enjoyed (you can view all the new cars under one roof, that is nice) but feel kind of cheated.

I guess I will have to take a vaction to LA or Detriot to see anything.
