It's funny how Lexus/Toyota can come out with cars like this and not see any problems with their image of "fuel efficient" cars. I mean, compare apples to apples, they really don't get better mileage except for the prius. If GM ever makes the Volt, I think that would take care of that comparison, but would the public change its opinion?

In other words, they don't buy a Lexus.
That was pretty funny.

I'm not sure this car should have happened. The hybrid system makes the car less desirable in almost every category except if you just have to have a hybrid. And the car looks like a run of the mill Lexus. Ok for a car that is half the price of this. We'll see what happens. Production is low enough it probably won't matter too much.
