Let's flesh in some rumors.

What do we know about these rumors?

1) "Sigma Mass" is coming. A derivative of Holden's upcoming VE; it will form the basis of a new RWD Impala/ Monte Carlo in '05 or '06, next gen GTO.......and .........drumroll........>>>>>'07 Camaro<<<<<<.

2) The "Tubular" chassis, RWD,developed in Europe from econo-car components. Rumored to be used for Opel, Solstice, Bengal, Sky and maybe Camaro.

The story goes now...that if anything; Tubular will only be used in Europe for Opel. NOT for Solstice/Bengal/Camaro.

There's alot of things I don't want to say till the article I wrote comes out, but suffice to say that Holden will be more than just the "basis" of GM's new RWD models, and that it may be a bit early to say the new Chevrolet sedan will definately be named Impala. Not saying it won't be, just that Chevrolet has a whole lot of room in case they decide not to use the Impala name on that car, and continue using the name on a rebodied FWD Impala instead.

I now also am pretty certain that that the next Camaro won't be built on the VE. I have good reason to believe it's either going to be on the "tubular" chassis, or will have it's own structure (with VE or "tubular" components).

Could this mean an F-body or some new variation of it?
