the people who "sign" these emails don't exhist. the email that gets sent in is searched for key words and an automatic response is pulled from a database. no actual humans read emails from the general public, the volume is just too high.

That would result in a lot of people getting nosense replys. They do have form letters but people do read (scan really) them.

not really, quite a few major corporations do this. ever send an email to the president? same thing.

Well, that was going to be my second point. These e-mails are all structured the same and use most of the same words as the e-mails we would get from GM three years ago. Only difference is the cars they recommend we check out in place of the F-bodies are newer.

We are talking pretty good AI to do this. A human has to look it over to make sure the right form letter is applied.

Christ,this is like college english class...Reading something and super analyzing something that is totally irrelevant to the issue.....They have to reply with something dont they? So,they tell you to check out dealers and what not just to keep you on your toes about the actual brand. None of those responses mean ****.......
