If Saturn is dead, who should get the new Astra?

I think the reason the current Saturn version is seen as too expensive is because of the Aura 2.4L. Astra is less car for not really that less money. On top of that is gets worse mileage than the Aura (30 vs. 33) which is one of the main reasons people buy smaller cars.

GM does have Lordstown and the HHR plant in Mexico to build Deltas. Both would be cheaper than building the car in Europe and shipping it across the Atlantic.
