The more I watched the B-J auction....the more shocked I was. Some of these cars have appreciated 200-300% in the past 3 years. Not good news for the non-millionare enthusiast.

Another AAR 'Cuda went for $64K!
Did you ever notice that the '67-'69 Z/28, BOSS 302, AAR 'Cuda and T/A Challenger were all rated at exactly 290 hp?
Don't tell me that the marketing people for all of these SCCA Trans Am series competitors didn't have a sense of humor.

Thats supposed to be a concept for a new cuda? When I first clicked the link, I thought that was just a pic of an old cuda and scrolled down looking for the concept. It looks just like the old one with side exhaust, a fancy hood and a smoothed over front facia. You could take an old car and with a little know how replicate that exact car.
Its nice, but a little too retro, (ie almost identical to the old one) for me.

That Cuda and Challenger was the best years for me too, at least for Dodge and Plymouth, remember the "shaker hood"?.
The concept is even more retro than the new Mustang, with a "Dart" front grill area.
NICE art but too retro here too...
