Hyundai assurance program

http://www.wxii12.com/news/18458758/detail.html#-

Just saw and ad for it on TV. Basically, if you lose your job and can't make your payments they will take the car back "free". Sort of like gap insurance i guess, but you can just give your car back if you can't make the payments.

Whats the deal on the fine print? Being lazy and taking a shot in the dark, I'd say they take the car back and try and sell it then send you a bill for the difference in what you owe and what they sell it for?

Heh, i did read the story in the link and saw the bit about interior/exterior damage fees and no go for employee misconduct.

Sorry, I was being lazy earlier... the fine print:
http://www.hyundaiusa.com/financing/...Assurance.aspx

It is limited to the first 12 months of ownership. (They say complimentary, so maybe your can purchase a longer agreement.)
