well, I have seen 2 SSR's on the road, to 1 possible GTO.
Ever see a red SSR fly through downtown NYC mid day? Everyone kinda ooh'ed and aahh'ed and pointed.

I cant believe they're selling as many DeVilles as they are CTS's. You cant go a block without seeing a CTS around here but I very rarely see DeVille/DTSs. Maybe the old people buy them and dont drive them, vs the CTS which is more of a middle-age person car?
There are a lot of DeVilles in NYC (a long with towncars)

that's not surprising considering the pricing GM sets on the Saabs. I saw an ad that quoted $38K for a 9-3 convertible!! even with rebates that's 7K-8K too rich. I guess GM just doesn't want to sell cars because they genrally set their prices way too high on everything.
Actually GM just followed the pricing that SAAB already had in place.

Speaking of sightings, I saw another GTO on the road yesterday...
side of the road that is...
with an "assistant" behind it...
an assistant with blue lights...
on top of their car...
and the word "Trooper" on the door.

It was a purplish color - the GTO. And bizaare enough, it was pulled over about 2/3 of the way down an on-ramp from US-29 onto businees I-85 North. I couldn't figure why he was pulled such that he ended up there?
Run the light at the top of the ramp maybe?
Shouldn't have been speeding in the first 300yds of an on-ramp...
Couldn't have been pulled from I-85 because he was "up the on ramp" from the flow of traffic.

Oh well, at any rate, that's the second one I've seen pulled over on I-85 since they came out. Apparently the cops don't care if it's a GTO or a Chevette.
