Does anyone know if GM can change the terms of your card without your consent? I have a 5% card that I got in 2002. I'm assuming I'm locked in for life unless I change it right?

Just look at your statement. Mine still gives me exactly what i signed up for. And looking zt the website, it's still available for anyone - https://www.gmcard.com/GMCard/apply/

What's weird is, the extended family card is only 1% - https://www.gmextendedfamily.com/GME...mily/index.jsp

The extended family card is only 1% because that 1% can be combined with the supplier discount. Thinking about picking one up myself.

I've been wondering which card would be best. I'm eligible for the extended family card, offering 1% plu supplier pricing. The regular card offers 3% but cant be used with supplier discount. Do you think the regular card is the way to go for buying a new Camaro though, I dont see many dealers letting them go for supplier pricing for the first year.
