Future GM truck info.?

Anyone have some? I may be replacing my '01 2500HD and want to know what might be in the pipeline for '05 especially. I can't wait for the complete re-do in '08. But if something is coming for '05 I'd rather find out before I order an '04. I'm praying that they will change the ugly snout on the Chevies. I really don't want to say goodbye to my current truck, but things have changed a bit since I got it and I need to adapt. Any help would be much appreciated.

The next set of changes are only a MCE (mid-cycle enhancement), not a full redesign. I expect a new front facia and interior. This SHOULD also be when they phase in the DOD engines.

2008 (I think ) will be a major overhaul and a lot of things will be revolutionary as opposed to evolutionary. If everything goes as currently planned, there will be many heads spinning out there...

Yeah, I've heard about '08 . Unfortunately ,I have to do something sooner. The '05 is all I could wait for,and that might be pushing the issue.

We don't have those already? Maybe I'm thinking about vans/cube chassis.

They are listed on KBB.com but the Chevy website has very little info. on them. I have heard about the extra punch for Duramax which works for me since a SRW 3500 Duramax is what I'm thinking right now. The only visual change I've heard of is the return of the bulging hood on HDs. I'm hoping the PO'd cat look will be gone for '05, if it is I'll wait for it.

Has anyone seen what the '05 looks like? I don't need to see it -just please tell me it has different front styling! C'mon insiders, just a small hint please is the squint-eyed look gone for '05? That's all I need to know.

Tried to spec out a 3500SRW Duramax 4x4 on KBB and found a few problems. The first is a minor detail: They don't seem to offer the forged aluminum wheels I want (could be because of higher GVW). The other problem is more critical: kbb does not list a plow prep option-hopefully this is just a mistake they seem to have missed some of the accesory options as well.
