This site is so biased, look at this guy, he is complaining about not getting fair attention! Is he trying to suggest if Toyota had this problem it wouldnt get the same attention? what an idiot, Toyota doesnt get that attention because Toyota builds the best cars out there, and they have the best initial quality. The cars that come out of toyota have the highest quality interiors and best fit and finnish, They also come with 5 speed automatics. ask Threxx he'll tell you.

LOL... :toyota: lol this is a new artical but the recall was already done for some of the models its just been expanded to other vehicles... old news

It seems to me 3.8 million vehicles is worth mentioning, especially if it can cause fires.

I am not trying to insinuate that it is that severe of a problem, and its good that Ford is doing what they can to fix the problem. I haven't seen too many Fords burst into flame around me on the road. I just think that it is stupid for anyone who is simply reporting on this to be considered bias, because the number of vehicles included in the recall is huge, and it was only a matter of time before someone reported on it anyway.

Wait. By beard of Zeus, do you mean to say that Honda CRVs are NOT bursting at every corner?

You have to be kidding me. Why, just on my way home I saw 4 of them engulfed in flames.

What kind of Ford was it? It seems some Fords are prone to just smoking anyways, regardless of a faulty cruise control switch.

Your comments aren't even worth arguing about. They're sad more than anything; a bunch of random comments taken out of context, rephrased, adn strung together. Nice.

Don't be pissed just because the last two recall threads I've posted in I proved that:
-Foreign recalls, at least now (never checked before), according to Google News, are just as well published and broadcasted as domestic recalls.
-Some people here are so biased that when a foreign recall thread is posted they join in the bash-fest like it's a new years eve party, but when a domestic recall is posted they whine that recall threads don't even belong in this forum.

Pathetic.
