My engine of choice is still the Hemi, like the 5.7L in my Jeep.

5.3L is a great mix of power, economy, simplicity, and is less expensive.
It would be cool to see a new generation direct injected 5.3L, with variable valve timing or cam phasing, maybe with some sort of integrated manifolds like the 3.6L, lighter weight, etc. come out in the near future that was getting something close to 18/25mpg. Not sure that goal can be reached economically, but if it could, it would be awesome!

I notice all ecoboost have the front plate mounted off center (better air circulation?) and I wonder how this truck would do if it had a plow or even a push bar mounted on the front?
