This has the potential to become really nasty for GM.

haha, so here's the scenario in more simple terms. GM meets Fiat at a mutual friend's party. A couple of drinks later things kind of start to happen between them. A wink here, a nudge there. Badaboom, badabing. The next morning the two wake up in Vegas with hangovers and discover they married the night before only they don't remember it. Well at least GM doesn't. Fiat on the other hand knew where things were going all along. Whether it's divorce or integration, GM is stuck paying for it's one night stand for time to come. I hope they had a good time.
Those bastards at Fiat must have traveled back in time and learned from the railroad tycoons of the 1800s. Clever.

Ferrari being owned/controlled by GM is too disturbing to even think about. You know uncle Bob is gonna say something close to "who said a Ferrari has to be made in Maranello to be a Ferrari?"
Re: Fiat wants $3B payoff from GM
Ahaha...I dont think that GM would be able to touch Ferrari. They cant now, they wont ever be able too.
But it would be nice to say that Ferrari is part of GM. So when people say "How come GM isnt in F1 when Toyota is?" I can just smile.
