Try that in a Bonneville GXP.

You know, with rear wheel drive making a comeback, and all these new models upcoming, I think we're going to see alot of young people (the predominant fans of drifting) trade in or trade up to RWD.

I'm pretty sure in a year and a half, we'll see not only 300Cs and Mustangs melting their rear tires sideways, that we'll see $20,000 Solstices with Goodwrench blowers out there by the dozens... providing Pontiac dealers don't "GTO" them on price.

well, you could always yank & set the parking break as you make a turn... but what fun is that?

well, if they do, they should at least offer incentives...

I think drifting will expose alot of younger people to RWD too.

Insert a '70 Delta 88 coupe in place of the 300C.....and that was me a quarter of a century ago ( )!

Except, we didn't call it drifting back then............

EDIT: Ok, make that almost a quarter century ago.

I keep thinking this stupid drifting thing will jut go away. Its what people do coming off of a four way stop in a camaro to be a jackass and have fun, in a RWD car. It not a sport

I see drifting as a sport like I see wrestling as a sport. Fun to watch, but its too subjective to be a serious sport...
