Covette C6 Book

I was at Barnes & Noble last night and found this great new book about the Corvette C6. It is a pretty awesome hard-cover book with 100s of color photos, and shows many details that went into the design and development of the C6. It even has factory assembly photos of the C6.
This book is going on my Christmas list.

Check it out here at Motorbooks.com

Re: Covette C6 Book

I doubt it, but you never know. I found the book about 15 min. before closing last night so I only had time to thumb through it. I saw many pics. that were taken at the design studios and some pics. did have some concepts cars in the background. I guess nothing important since anything secret would have been pulled from the book before it was published, but you never know mistakes have been made in the past.

A interesting photo I saw in the book showed a early fullsize design model of the C6, It looked close to the C6 that made production but it had more flare in the fenders and sharper lines, it looked more aggresive than the C6 that made production. The book said the design study was rejected by Corvette owners. Thats ashame because it looked awesome.
