It's the concept for the new middle-aged, balding, African-American male!

 

If I had to guess, I'd say something to do with Hummer. There has to be so much stuff that goes through the Tech Center that we'll never get to see........

Seems to be another Hummer concept.

 

And never will either. When I was there half to more than half the concepts never left the building. And drawings like the one over Welburn's shoulder in this pic.

Are a dime a dozed, there are literally millions of those made and many times thrown out. Heck I used to have 2-3 of those type drawings at my desk in Design Staff. I just picked them out of a pile that was waiting to be tossed out. They were origional works of art. When I left I had to leve them behind!
