Had one of those as a rental while at SEMA last year, CHEAP would not even describe the quality of the interior, handling and brakes were scary, just a cheap POS.

I don't doubt that GM will make the HHR SS quite the surprise.

That is a little debatable in the days of LT1-Quick toyota camry's, but still...

Sleeper is what I'd call it.

It could be the next SRT-4 type car... that car with a 260hp turbo-4 will probably be easily upgradable.

GM as usual was late on it...maybe if they had launched it when the PT cruiser came out....those things were flying off the showrooms...with people on waiting lists even..

well now it's directly competing with the dodge calibur, so i think they made the best of the situation. It's going to be interesting to see what that thing can do.

Still waiting on the new turbo cobalt GM.

Cobalt SS Turbocharged will be here mid year 08 as well. Don’t have a brochure to prove it, but I know people at the Lordstown plant. I might even make the drive to find the mules
