Re: C&G Sky pics at dealer...

I guess I'm the oddball, but I'm not bowled over. It surely is nice looking, but to me could be of any brand. If someone had told me that it was the next generation S2000 or MR2, I would have likely beleived them. The Solstice on the other hand, looks like nothing else I've seen on the road.

It will probably sell well, but I still can't help wondering how many of these sales will be to those who would have bought a Solstice anyway.

Theres nothing about it I dont like.

Does the thing have a top? or is it a permanently open chassis?

That does look odd, especially with the rectangular tip.

I find it odd they have it roped off. Isnt Saturn the dealership that tells you to go up and bang on the door panels. I liked the dark blue one better but its still nice.

Is it just me or does the glovebox door look crooked? Still looks great, but I hope it's just not closed correctly or something.

The Sky has hydroformed steel body panels. Soon all Saturn's will be steel. Someone high up at GM has decided to ignore what is a key brand attribute of Saturn-plastic panels.

People in the US are just plain stupid. I dont want a dual exst. in a Inline 4. Why add the extra weight. Its a 4cyl. it has one header. ONE PIPE ONE>>>>ONE do you morons get it yet...... Maybe they should graft a giant ***** to the hood of the car. Tha would make it look real macho.

I like it, not a good color and I still prefer the Solstice.
