AW mentions DC's 6.1 Ltr motor

It was in this

article that it mentions powertrain as

6.1-liter, 426-hp, 458-lb-ft V8; rwd, six-speed manual

so is this the Charger Motor that will be used?

EDIT: CORRECTION. I was mistaken. It is a Mercedes motor.. nothing to see here keep moving.. sorry for the distraction...

That 6.1L is a Mercedes Engine, it is NOT the new 6.1L Hemi V8

More pertinent is this 426-hp, 458-lb-ft Crossfire with a 6.1-liter V8 (bore by stroke: 99.5 millimeters by 97 millimeters) based on the Mercedes 5.0-liter powerplant found in several models out of Stuttgart, including the S500.
Don't worry, I've made a similar mistake before.

I misread it and thought it said that was going into the Crossfire That would be one bad toy.

There is one word why that car will not make it to the US, Viper. That thing would probably be almost as fast as one and I'm sure that is a no no in the would of Chrysler.

How did I miss the Mercedes part...

Sorry everyone... I just read it really fast I guess and it totally slipped through.
Didn't mean to alarm anyone.

Did anyone manage to notice that the Brabus motor has exactly the same bore size as the Hemi? I wonder if the Hemi and Mercedes V8 share the same bore spacing?
